What a great experience! I came in for an oil change and state inspection. I arrived about 30 mins early due to the travel distance and was greeted with a smile. I presented a discount coupon and was told they would be able use it for my service. After waiting about only 40 mins past my appointment time my truck was completed. My truck was clean, the sticker was neatly applied, and the engine oil change was reset to 100% life. I was shocked (in a good way) when it was explained to me that the service was complementary, even though my 2 years of free service had expired. This was done because I hadn't used the free service very many times during the first two years. My 2014 GMC Sierra has had a very intermittent no-crank issue for awhile. I was very pleased that the dealership allowed their tech John to speak to me directly vs. the usual dealership approach that has the tech only work off the write up by a service advisor at check-in. John was excellent to work with and listened to my concern and the descriptions of the symptoms of the failure. While I cannot say that the problem has definitely been repaired, I think an honest attempt to fix a problem he was unable to see was made. My service visit was great from my check-in with Jasmine to my wait time in the clean and comfortable waiting area!

Your service seems extremely good to me. I was running late on Wednesday & called to tell you, and the woman I was talking to told me I was not on the schedule. Someone had not put me on I guess. She told me to come & you would work me in. I was in & out in 1 hour, that was great !

Kayla was very helpful. Driver Ed was cordial. Service was just what my auto needed. Spoke with salesman about the beauty of the Porsche and he was pleasant and informed. Pleased with experience.
