Springfield Express Lube

I had an amazing experience at Springfield Express Lube today! Chris, Caleb, and Robby made my whole experience very pleasant and made this a place I'll absolutely be returning to. Chris was kind, informative, and thorough. He explained options without trying to upsell me in a harassing manner like a lot of places do. Chris and Caleb worked as an efficient team to get my oil change done in 10 minutes. They did numerous safety checks and communicated with me and each other the entire time. Robby in the next bay over was also very kind and was very welcoming. All around, great atmosphere, amazingly quick service, and extraordinary customer service. A HUGE THANK YOU TO YOU ALL!!! :)

I went to Springfield express lube because they had the most positive customer reviews., and while the staff was friendly and the service was fast, I was left feeling a bit underwhelmed. I had to wait about 30 minutes initially, but once I got in, everything was quick. I paid around $100 for full synthetic oil, which I felt was a bit overpriced. I asked them to check my tire pressure, but they did it without telling me the numbers. Also, I didn’t get confirmation that they topped off my fluids, which was part of what I expected from their package. They didn’t show me the dipstick or check my air filter either—just a sticker for the windshield and a quick receipt. Overall, decent speed, but I expected a bit more thoroughness and communication. Would have liked better attention to detail.”

Prompt drive up service with a small line, one side moving faster but they moved me over when they realized I was going to wait longer than fair. Very efficient. Friendly guys working. Easy communication. Overall great experience.

Great customer service! Very friendly and knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance and took time to explain issue I had questions about. Will definitely be going back and recommend you stop by and have them service your vehicle.

My first visit went excellent. The owner was very professional, yet kind. I also noticed that the team worked very well together by communicating with what was being done to each car. I really appreciated this, because it is like extra insurance, that steps were followed. The prive was fair as well! I will definitely go back to this very friendly, yet professional and genuine team! 5 stars ++
