I got the oil change special which included the oil, filter, and free inspection and they were very clear about the whole process. They walked me through car concerns and were not pushy sales folk. I felt that they genuinely cared about making sure I understood everything. I was quoted $99.38 by Honda, $105-$81.99 from Valvoline, and these folks wanted $55.97. I will be coming back for all my future repairs! Highly recommend to anyone!

Carlos and Allen run an exceptional business, providing very helpful and nice service. Notably, they did not charge me for diagnosing my car, which I greatly appreciated. As a first-time customer, I felt valued and received outstanding treatment, making this my new preferred service spot.

Springmasters Halsted is a great find!! They really do fix EVERYTHING. I got my Buick’s timing chain, oil change, wheel alignment all done there.. Recently visited for an oil change and got stellar service. No telling me my car needed repairs that it did not need, etc. i feel they're an honest business. Carlos got me right in and was thorough with me about the oil type for my car. Alan was patient and took his time with showing me how to properly read my dipstick. Oh, and the waiting area was clean too (and i love the plants). I'd definitely take my car back to SpringMasters again for service. Top notch professionalism. Thanx y'all 😅

Actually I found them Groupon, and was Very impressed. I've already had a second appointment, and will be making a third one. Also I introduced my Son and he is now making a second appointment. Great Job, Spring Masters 💪❤️😎
