They were able to take care of my 3500 extended high-top sprinter van, with a perfect alignment and tire rotation

Had to leave town badly but still waited a week to be seen, agreed on price, then I sent email asking if he could go any lower on parts. I found out he nearly doubled them when I called around, and that’s when he called me & refused me service wasting a week of my time and 6 hours round trip drive time. Left me high and dry when all he had to say was “no”. Out of desperation I even offered to pay in full before service yet (I was already late leaving town) they still said no with no care

The service was poor. They give you an estimate of the repair price, but don't tell you what the problem is. The service was somewhat rude, and they force you to pay for the diagnosis without telling you what the diagnosis is. They tell you that parts need to be replaced to determine if that's the problem. They're just trying to guess what the problem is. I don't recommend this place.

I brought my sprinter van to solo motosport to get it fixed PG was very friendly and helpful. They got it fixed and I am happy. Thanks guys

I first tried to use a mechanic shop called German auto solutions. They had a long wait for service. The wait was over a week. I use my sprinter for work and need services in a timely fashion.
