Since I have purchased this Sprinter van right away started giving me problems, even though I purchased this vehicle from a Sprinter dealer/mechanic. Anyhow I’ve been taking the van into local shops nearby for basic smaller repairs, huge mistake! I won’t neme those shady mechanic shops but long story short since I’ve referred to Sprinter Services & Repairs in Vista and or San Diego locations. I would never trust any other mechanic shops to touch my van besides them! They always schedule me same or next day for service, I never have to leave my van overnight, or waiting for parts to arrive, they have everything in the shop that you can imagine. Professional, friendly, & courteous service!!! Honest & straight to the point; no “up sales” gimmick 👍🏼🙏🏼 Just an honest assessment & super competitive pricing. Repaired & replaced two broken/missing ABS Wheel Speed Sensors; sensors broke off due to snow & ice build up during drive through freezing ice & snow storm. They also installed two new ABS Wheel Sensor Guards & adjusted the parking brake at no additional charge!! Great staff!!! This is my new go to for Sprinter Van repairs & scheduled maintenance! Found them through referral from fellow MB Winnebago Revel owner, neighbor & friend.

This shop provided outstanding customer service and maintenance technician assistance. Dropping off the vehicle, diagnostics, estimate, repair, and quality were all handled efficiently and professionally. Lastly, my Sprinter had major component repairs that were removed, replaced, and even rebuilt. The Sprinter Van now drives and performs great! The staff and mechanics were extremely knowledgeable and provided great feedback during the entire repair process. I’m looking forward to bring my Sprinter back for scheduled maintenance in 10,000 miles. Thank you very much.
