Sprinter Van City

I had a good experience with Dave at Sprinter Van City. He saw our van in a timely manner, especially compared to a dealer, and gave us a much more personal level of service compared to a dealer. They have all the equipment and expertise necessary. He gave us a lot of his time test driving our vehicle and trouble shooting for a reasonable price. I recommend taking your Sprinter to them over any dealer.

We had work done on our sprinter van one reprogramed computer then recently, we had them do work on our van and they had to replace the compressor for the air conditioner and also the alternator they used new parts. Their customer service is excellent. The communication between the mechanics customer service and us were wonderful. We would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for your service.

These guys know Sprinters as well as anyone within 100 miles. Certainly as well as the Mercedes dealerships. They aren’t inexpensive unless you compare them to the dealership. The most important thing is you know they do the work they charge you for correctly and quickly.

Outstanding service, quality repairs. I felt like family they treated me like family esp Eric the owner. I was able to stay there in my RV with hook ups. They made sure at the end of each day the RV was ready to stay in along with electricity. Eric also feed me a great steak dinner and took me to his local hangout . What a group of great guys, gals, dog and cat’s. My Van runs perfect and I now trust it for my very long journey, thank you Eric and team!

Total scam! I took my Mercedes sprinter to Sprinter city to have the check engine light diagnosed. Upon diagnosis they said quoted me $11,798 for general repairs or $10,771 for repairs needing immediate attention. I said no thanks, I'll take it somewhere else. Then they said my van wouldn't start and the starter motor would need to be replaced. (the van driving totally fine when I brought it in, never had an issue starting it before) So basically I couldn't get my van back until I paid them for a new starter motor. I was forced to pay it. Or they offered me a crazy low ball amount (around $9000) to sell it to them. Long story short, the van just had a leaking DEF line (didn't need an entire new DEF system like they said). I bought the parts for a couple hundred bucks and replaced it mys
