Visited Sprinter Van Solutions today based upon their positive reviews. I wasn't disappointed. I had a problem with my 12 year old Sprinter Espar heating and Hot Water system. Andrew said let's go out and take a look at it. After about 10 minutes of working on the system Andrew had it working like new. I was not starting the unit in the proper order nor setting the thermostat correctly. Both the heater and the hot water sysstem are now functioning perfectly. I offered to pay Andrew for his time but he refused and in fact thanked me for coming in to his shop. Obviously such service is worthy of your business and mine.

5 Stars are not enough. I have a 2020 that has was always dealer serviced. I decided to give Sprinter Van Solutions a try and see if they could provide better value and more personal service. In just a few minutes of my initial consultation with Andrew I knew I found my new sprinter mechanic. I had questions on windshield replacement, and he warned that the paint can peel during removal and it was important to spot paint to avoid rust, something the dealer or most other screen shops did not mention or would not do. Little details like this can have massive implications. I gave them a shot and they over delivered. When you hear Andrew speak, you can tell this is his passion, he cares about his work and most importantly the customer. He also fixed a small electrical issue the dealer

Andrew and his crew are AMAZING!! Any sprinter van needs you need you should definitely contact him!! Fast service very honest and professional!! We got a 3 seat bench cut down to a 2 seater and they got it don’t in less than 36hrs. Pricing is reasonable and was the best in town!!

Very competent and trustworthy owner. We were traveling the PanAmerican Hwy and got a water leakage at one of the rear doors of our 2023 Sprinter Van (rain came through the screws of our fuel canister holder). Andre explained different types of potential solutions (for different budgets) and was very honest about what he would recommend and why. The team started working on it right next day and did a great job. Prices are fair and quality of work spot on. We can highly recommend this shop and would come back!! Thank you!

The customer service at Sprinter Solutions is “second to none.” Now I can see why the Mercedes Dealership recommended we come here. I have only good things to say about this business. They are highly skilled. They go above and beyond to make sure we are safe and are taken care of without pressuring us to buy anything. That’s a hard balance to strike. They make you feel like you are their only customer, even though they are very busy. That’s also a hard balance to strike. And the owner Andrew is working on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to help us get back on the road. We know you sacrificed for us Andrew and it’s not lost on us! We’ll see you next time!
