They never sent me any shipping information until after the item had been returned. They claim FedEx attempted 3 deliveries, which was not true. Had we known to expect it, we would have been home the first day. The second day we were home, but FedEx decided not to wait more than 5 seconds to answer the door. After 4 more days and no additional delivery attempts, the package was returned. I had to file a dispute to finally get a refund initiated. It’s been over 3 months and I still haven’t seen a refund, and they’re trying to charge a restocking fee on top of their dysfunction and lack of communication.

It’s great to receive promotions and discount over emails. But when tried to order items and use coupon code. Never worked. Had to order from Kooland instead. Fast shipping and without any promo cost much less.

I have consulted with both SprinterStore (accessories) and Sprinter Service Pros (service) many times for recommendations, technical support for installs, and service many times. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and are especially good at CREDIBLE maintenance recommendations (eg, proper oil weight for higher mileage vehicles, BG service to clean diesel combustion deposits to avert pricier repairs). A good independent shop will beat the dealer every time—and this is one great example of that.

Paul and Nicholas were SO helpful and polite today. Paul squeezed us in when we called in a bit of a panic. We had just begun our ten day trip and an error message came up that was concerning! When we arrived, Paul (knowing we were on a trip) brought Nicholas out to diagnose the message, even though he was working on another vehicle at the time. This was so appreciated since we had many hours of driving ahead of us. Nicholas made quick work of the problem and got us back on the road.
