Some of the worst tech support and customer service around. Extremely smug and unprofesional Bout their headlights through XDP for my 2006 truck. Socket does not fit, it is just ever so slightly too small. I am told that my truck has a 2001 socket on it and not 2006, ford made a mistake. Not impossible but unlikely. I order a 2001 AND 2007 socket from Ford and Napa. So including my truck, I have (5) different sockets. NONE fit. The light is OBVIOUSLY not machined correctly. The tech "support" doubles down and says that ALL SOCKETS were wrong. Claims "we have no fitment issues its the light sockets you have". Ah yes, All 5 sockets from 3 different years are all wrong. Purchased taillights through ebay Turner-store with spyder as manufacturer and shipper. Purchased and paid in full 03/25 set for delivery 06/26. When shipping info was never updated I reached out and was told of a delay and they would be here 07/25. In July still nothing and then told by 10/25. 2nd week of Oct, nothing. Reached out and was assured tuner had spoken with spyder and Oct no worries.... Here we are in Nov. At this point I just want my money back but was told we are past 90 days so No refund available 🤦😂🤣 90 days from what? You taking my money? From you assuring me they were on the way or 90 from any of your supposed delivery dates? Because it SURE AS HELL IS NOT 90 days past delivery... I will never use this company again and would recommend others don't either.

i purchased [Gordon Hoffman} for a family car a new set of new set of headlite assemblies L/R . The passenger assembly was defective. Have sent numerous photos / emails /complaints ,not one reply period. Very poor service and lack of quality in their headlite assembly. I did contact China and they said go after the cailfornia group who shipped product to me. A total loss of my money had to buy a different brand to replace the defective unit. Do not deal with shady people, take your money and ship junk. No recourse....had to give one star to be able to post and i would have given a negative star instead

This place is a SCAM. They sell cheap Chinese headlights on eBay and Amazon as dt-moto. The lights physically look very good but they have tons of defects. They refuse to make good on the product and refuse to resolve the issue. Do not accept anything other than a full refund because if you wait the lights will completely stop working with less than 5 hours of use.

I just order a pair of Denali led tail lightson eBay. It’s been two weeks and track number shiws that they have been two weeks in the same address for shipping. I contacted seller and exactly they said that is mail fault, obviously after seeing all these bad comments that they have. I don’t believe them
