Called to get an estimate on the car. The man gave me a quote then told me if he replace it and it doesn’t work that’s on me. Then I asked for him to diagnose the car and he stated it’s not that simple and that now he doesn’t even want to mess with the car. What car shop doesn’t provide diagnostics?? Then I asked if he could recommend another place and he stated “I’m not going to send you to any of my good friends, if I don’t want to mess with it neither will they”. I then stated that I asked for a shop recommendation not a friend and that some people likes money and he then ended the call. ZERO OUT IF TEN WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!!

Learned a valuable lesson going somewhere else and using cheap parts , these guys rock they fixed my truck I highly recommend this shop steve is real good people bout as honest and fair as they come

I took my car in for what appeared to be a parasitic drain on my battery. Steve was very determined to find the source of the drain. He would not give up. He never said that they had done everything possible. I highly recommend them.

They have very skilled people that accomplish the task here. But like all mechanic shops they are here for profit. Although I find them more ethical than most shops. You still deal with the sales crew. And their job is to get the most money for the shop as possible. But they do get the work done and get it done right and get it done right the first time. Does cost money for that. And you get what you pay for. But their shop rate is very reasonable. When you compared to the other shops. I would definitely recommend this place. I plan on continuing to use them for a long time to come. Now if they would just offer free service, we'd be set
