Slade and the team at S&R are exceptional. I made a very stupid mistake and ended up in the ditch. To say it was a rare situation is an understatement. In fact, several trucks tried to pull me out but failed, because they didn’t have the incredible creativity and drive to solve the problem that Slade did. I was sure we’d never get it out of there, but he kept me calm, and went WAY ABOVE and beyond to come up with a creative solution that did not harm the vehicle. Slade is a true master of his craft, and cares deeply about helping customers get out of difficult situations. If you need help, S&R is a trustworthy company that’s going to do everything they can to help you, even if it’s “not typical” or at strange hours. I CONTACTED AAA to tow my vehicle from my house to a local shop. This towing company strung me along for 3 days telling me they would be arriving very soon. They never showed up. I took a full day off of work to wait for them. I finally called another towing company who arrived in 15 minutes. I also dealt with this company when I purchased a motor home from them. They told me it was working fine but needed a fuel pump. They put a fuel pump in which lasted about 2 miles from their shop, then the motor home caught fire. If I could give negative stars I would. I would never, ever call this company for anything. They lied to me for 3 days, telling me they would be right there, when they never had any intention of showing up to tow my vehicle.

Got my ride in a Lil bit of a jam and needed it towed to my home Mr. Slade came quicker than any tow truck companies that I've used locally for sure. Knew what he was doing and very polite professional. I recommend him . Great experience for the situation that was already bad.. I'll use this guy from now on..

I was randomly assigned S&R through my Progressive insurance app/dispatcher, but now I know to call them directly and immediately if I need a tow longer than 15 miles. these guys are hungry for business and will jump on your job immediately. Very nice crew locally-owned and reasonably priced. I think they charge about $80/hour. They have various trucks for differently size jobs. I had the pleasure of riding in the back of one of their trucks with several of their employees hilariously due to one of the trucks breaking down at the exact time of my tow. Will definitely call them first directly next time. Thanks guys!

Had a travel trailer tire blow south of Cortez. My roadside provider selected these guys too come do the tire swap (my Jack failed or I would have done it, but that's why I have a jack and have roadside!) They told me 90 minutes. I waited 120 and then started calling. Nobody answered their main line but the message said I could try a different number. I tried that number and the woman I spoke with said she couldn't give me the ETA of the driver so gave me his number instead. I tried calling him and could never get a hold of him. Tried texting him, since I knew it was a cell phone, and got no response. I have now been sitting on the side of the road in 90+ temps and it has been more than three hours. Nobody from this company has called to explain the delay, offer an ETA, or even return a si
