While the mechanic I initially spoke with was helpful and professional, another staff member, Raj, made the experience very unpleasant. He repeatedly raised his voice and spoke to customers in a disrespectful manner, which felt intimidating rather than informative. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend visiting if he is assisting you, I would never come back here. Raj did right by me! In July, I brought my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe in due to a faulty air conditioning unit. Raj looked at , gave me a strategy and saved me hundreds of dollars in repair cost. I was in and out within hours. Thank you Raj and SRK!

Got me in that very moment to work on the car- brakes & oil change. Communicative, friendly, and honest. They have my business for any and all future maintenance! SRK Auto Service is the best in Gwinnett county! I have used them multiple times for car repairs & I’m always SO pleased with their work! My favorite thing about them is how honest they are. They only fix exactly what needs to be fixed & do such a great job at it & their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend SRK Auto Service to anyone looking for an amazing mechanic! :)
