Didn’t feel like a veteran Being taken care of by veterans who care about veterans. Considering they didn’t even fill up the brake fluid properly after. And I don’t know if a veteran came into my shop I would have a way to verify if he’s a veteran or not, instead of just doubt and deny. Told him I was looking to get into getting some of my benefits finally started and they had no information for me locally I even let them know I was trying to get a hold of the VA administration nearby and they had no information no care no kindness no good words and way overpriced. No veteran discount. Was not a happy or good experience. No love felt for a vet. But I did get a hold of Mike at the VA and he is helping me locally so thank goodness. I expected a lot better. Brought my truck in for a new motor. The price was reasonable, they gave me a window for completion and completed earlier. They asked if I was a veteran because of my Submarine ballcap. I showed them my VA and ID and they gave me a discount. They test drove 3 separate times to ensure operation. Let me know the the mileage points to bring in for oil change and check. They took the time to answer questions, provided other valuable information I didn't think of. Really great service overall. Will provide updates as time goes on, but definitely earned a 5 star from me and I don't do that much.

I just want to say S&S Auto and Truck Repair LLC was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had getting my car fixed. Coming from a woman, it’s not always easy to find a place you feel respected and comfortable, but they were awesome! Super nice, honest, and explained everything so well. You can tell they really care about their customers and do great work. My car runs perfect now — I’ll definitely be back if I ever need anything else. Highly recommend them!

Traveling from IM to FL on a holiday weekend, my brake caliper locked up. It was 12:30 pm on a Saturday and this team of men went out of their way to take care of my vehicle and get me back out on the road. They were friendly and made me feel completely comfortable in an unfamiliar territory. Definitely affordable with knowledgeable technicians! They were a God send! There was another family with travel issues and I saw this team quickly assess, fix, and get them back out on the road as well. Well done!

Look no further for reliable and friendly service in the London area! S&S Auto and Truck went above and beyond when my husband and I had a broken strut mount while staying near London. Told us to come right in with no appointment. They called all around just to find the part for us. To top it off we were 7 hours away from home with no friends/family near by to help. They drove us, along with our toddler, back to our lodging without hesitation. Their pricing is very reasonable and their service/hospitality alone is even to go here. I wish this shop was closer to our home to be able to use them as our regular shop! Seriously, do not browse around for another shop! Just stop here!
