3 hours in to my trip and my power steering belt broke. Called and they normally do not work on my make of vehicle, but said come by we'll see what we can do. Installed new belt and I was on my way in less than an hour. Very nice people!!!

I took my truck in for the turbo actuator and I suspect a exhaust leak around the turbo area. They replaced the turbo actuator. The truck didn't make it home before the air leak started again. I search for another mechanic. It took time as valdosta does not have many shops that work on the 6.7. I took my truck to a great mechanic. Unlike S and S, I was able to talk to a mechanic and Georgia diesel garage in Springfield GA had to replace the turbo and found that the bolts for the turbo to exhaust manifold were loose. S and S had also replaced the turbo a few years earlier. This is a clear case of malpractice costing me a new turbo. Do yourself a favor and take you vehicle to anyone but S and S.

Took my car( Ford Fusion) in for a head gasket repair after the Ford dealership tried to up charge me since the car was newer. With this place I Was shocked at the great price and confidence to fix it when they inspected my car and quoted me. After a couple months my car was ready, it's a big job and I didn't want to rush them and they took their time and did everything right! Had my car for a couple days now and it drives like new, I inspected everything and I'm very impressed by the professionalism and details that was taken to completing the job! Thank you! No short cuts, no up charges, hard to find places that actually do the big jobs so very grateful to find this place. Thanks again!

"2700 worse case scenario".....3000 dollars paid and still being harrassed for more after theyve not fixed a single issue ive had. Thats a bad scenario....Their ability to be confident in overcharging and not fixing problems that were specifically addressed is astounding. Impressive really. Then sending it out "fixed" time and time again, just to be stranded paying for tows. And to top it all off. In the end I still have to deal with issues and fix the sending units and primer bulb they installed. I'm no mechanic. But I know my tank shouldn't run out at a 1/4. I know several parts I have that didn't need replaced that they insisted it needed. I know that because I put my old parts back on and they function the same. They quoted me 4000 for Injectors when my problem was collapsed fuel lines

While driving up blue ridge Ga from South Florida, my 6.7 F-250 decided to throw a low pressure fuel code. Unfortunately it was Sunday in southern Ga, and just about every shop/parts store was closed. I was fortunate enough to find S&S automotive & diesel services. They were very up front and honest about their timeline and their ability to assess the fuel issue. They ended up resolving my problem. I drove my truck back home without any hiccups. Thanks.
