I have used this shop for many years. Over the last couple. Every time your car is in they find other things to upsell you on like the quick oil change places do. This time I got an oil change and they rotated my tires. They advised me that my brake pads were get low. I told the I would wait a bit on those. I go to pick up my car after hours. I barely drives and the rear is grinding. I had to leave it. Next day they tell me I need brakes, rotors, and the caliper is seized. I tell the to put it back together and drive it elsewhere. New shop tells me the caliper slipped and doesn’t need replaced. Saved hundreds of dollars.

I was in Lexington for a funeral on Wednesday. The day prior, I drove from NC to Lexington. Right after the funeral, I planned to drive halfway to where I live, NY. When I went to fill my tires up with air, my tire pressure was a 7. I drove to the closest tire shop, and they told me they wouldn’t be able to see me until tomorrow and recommended the Walmart. I went to the Walmart, and they said I could wait there but had no clue when or if they’d be able to see me. I started to panic, sure I was going to be stuck in Lexington with no clear way home. But S&S said they could see me then, and they got me brand-new tires in two hours. I drove those tires over 750 miles in the first day with them, and they stood strong through those icy roads. Took my car there as a walk in for a tire change. My car was in and out in 20 minutes after waiting 3 hours at Walmart! I fully recommend this place! The staff is friendly and the service is fast! Price isn't bad either.

The S & S Tire in Brannon is the best. Everyone is courteous and does their best to help their customers. They are accommodating in every way. George and Eddy, keep up the good work. You are a great example of going the 2nd mile.

Jason was amazing to work with and super knowledgeable about what was going to be best for my wife's vehicle. Super fast install and alignment as well. After driving away, there was no buyer's remorse getting top-of-the-line Michelin Cross Climate 2's. Bottom line: get your tires from S&S!
