St. Lucie Battery and Tire

I dropped my car off at 11:30 am for a Noon oil change “appointment”. They didn’t complete the oil change till 2:10. I Talked to the manager and he blamed it on firing two mechanics two weeks ago. Obviously, he does not know how to schedule the amount of work per person. He’s totally incompetent. He was not sympathetic and had no customer service skills.

These guys were very accommodating. I really didn’t expect them to take me when I did a walk in because they are very busy, but when I explained to them that I was called in to go north and I was concerned having my wheels rotated without even thought they said bring it in we’ll get you squared away. With that when I went in, I was greeted by Ray, who was very helpful. It did not take long I sat comfortably in the waiting area, which had everything you need water cooler, restroom, TV magazines, even a special battery component to charge or hook in your phone. when the job was neatly completed with care and accuracy, my special chrome wheels were clean, not marked up. I was very pleased and when I was handed the invoice, I was even more pleased very fair. I will be back. Brew Pascale.

St. Lucie Battery & Tire is a wonderful place to do business. When my tires are low due to cold weather, they take care of me. Everyone is very nice, and I trust them with my vehicle. I enjoyed talking with the other customers, while the experts fixed our cars and truck. Thank you.

I generally don’t like visiting any garage for repairs or service but have found this place to be very helpful and fair. I did talk with the manager (Dan) about a few issues with the truck and he and his staff were able to resolve an issue with the front suspension and replace tires as well as an oil change service. They have earned my trust and I will return to the shop for future repairs and service.

Got an appointment right away, rear differential was leaking. Once the part arrived, repair was completed as promised, and the price was inexpensive. Very happy with the experience. It was my first time there after a neighbors recommendation. I will be using them going forward for all my automotive needs.
