Very good and prompt service. The invoice did not have my current address despite the fact that the owner is receptionist updated my address. So the officer's computer system doesn't work well. Also, I did not get the credit card receipt. The owner said that is a 13-mo th warranty on the tires I bought and labor. But nothing was in writing. I thought those parts need more professionalism and written down. Otherwise, everything was satisfactory.

Came back from a business trip to find a flat tire, that’s when I realized I actually needed three new tires. Decided to call it four. Great experience on the phone with their call center, options were given, dollar amount discussed, and I got the impression right away that they cared about solving my problem on a human level. Came into the shop, person I spoke to was excellent, told me it’d be ready by COB, and that they’d even do the oil change it needed. Sure as the day is long it was done by 4:45, four new tires, aligned, balanced, and oil change all in half a day last minute. Overall 10/10 would recommend and they have a customer for life.

Professional and friendly. Took time to educate me about what was happening and what I should have done. Did the work within a very reasonable amount of time. I have an older vehicle I want to keep on the road and I am happy St. Lucie Battery & Tire was recommended to me and I am now making this my garage to come to.

The technician was rude and barely responded to my questions. One of my wheels got scuffed and the technician attitude was like “oh well”. Will never visit this store again.

Recently, I got my wheel alignment and battery replacement for my Ford F150. It was a very nice experience here it this outlet. Specially the guy named Ipul was the man that coordinated with me. He was that kind of a man who knows to handle the game out there. And Jeniffer & Randall were such nice ones. Prices were much more reasonable with a great customer service. Looking forward for another visit here.
