Staley's Dust To Glory

Dan did a magnificent job detailing my car. I used to smoke cigars [heavily] in my car and now even a non smoker cannot tell that I used to smoke in my car. Great attention to detail, very hard worker, punctual to my appointment, and very kind and accommodating. I will use Dan at Staley’s Dust to Glory again the next time my car needs to be cleaned. BEWARE: There is another “Staley’s Dust to Glory” in the area. Do NOT use this. Be sure to use the Staley’s at 328 E Pike St.! Picture provided for the correct establishment.

AWESOME experience having my boyfriend’s car get detailed by Dan. His work is top-notch, prices reasonable, and he was just generally great to work with. He worked with me to set expectations since the car was in need of more treatment than I had bargained for, and I am extremely pleased with the result. My only regret is that I’m moving states and won’t get to be a repeat customer. Highly recommend this shop for car detailing. Thanks Dan!

DISAPOINTED I went through Groupon, and he doesn't like to accept Groupons. He reluctantly did the inside of my car and just did a quick wash to the outside. I paid for the diamond package and did not receive that service. I would not recommend a business that doesn't honor their contracts.

Unfortunately I couldn't experience the work itself and the 1 star is not about the quality of the work but about the customer service. When scheduling the work over the phone, we were notified that our minivan (chrysler Pacifica) will require an additional charge which is almost a double of the Groupon cost, bringing the total price to almost 3x times of the Groupon we purchased!!! Needless to say that there is absolutely nothing in the Groupon terms that excludes minivans, but they still refused to honor their advertisement and insisted we have to pay the huge extra. For this they are getting 1 star from me and will get a complaint through Groupon as well.

Great experience! Explained in detail what he was going to do when dropping the SUV off at 8am (as per his business policy) and reviewed the additional fee associated with the pet hair (which is clearly noted in the details of the Groupon). Totally satisfied with the results and will be doing business with again!
