Today i travelled from Philadelphia to Stamford ford for my purchase. Mike Mykytey was the sales person that assisted me and he was nothing less than heavens sent. Mike made me feel comfortable with this out-of-state purchase. He made the actual process of purchase a flawless process. I wish i lived closer so i could recommend more people to Stamford. One last review, the financial advisor, Andreas, also assisted me. He was kind enough to give me detail information regarding my loan and assured satisfaction before i made the trip. Kevin Lynch was friendly and attentive. I was looking for a ranger but it was out of my price range so he came up with a great alternative with a jet black explorer for 5k$ less and less miles. Nicolette in finance was super accommodating, friendly and put us at ease when it came to the extended warranty! I usually find the experience of buying a car exhausting but I was at ease and there was no pressure when I was unsure of my purchase! As a union man I was also pleased to know that Stamford Ford is a union shop!!!

Kevin was fantastic. He really helped me out and went above and beyond with the lease of my 2025 Ford bronco Outer Banks, which I love! I’ve only had it a few days and I am already so happy with the decision I made. Kevin worked with me throughout the entire process and was more than patient, especially when I had to cancel last minute because of things that came up with my family he never had a problem. He was always willing to wait and be flexible. He could not have been nicer, truly. He worked with me and was able to secure me $5K worth of rebates. You just can’t beat that! Everyone was so kind and helpful, from the test drives to signing the lease documents. It was also wonderful to see an old friend of mine at the dealership on the same day - what a small world!
