Very bad experience with this dealership. No good sales service, no showing all the features of the bike (Honda ADV), asking to come back next week, very high price offer and when I selected other Honda dealership they said this: “Unfortunately we can't service that vehicle in the future. Our service schedule is so busy that we can't service vehicles that are not purchased through us.” and this is closest Honda representative.
I contacted Stamford Motorsports about a special request this past Summer and they could not have been any more accommodating, kind and helpful! My request was fulfilled and it turned out better than I even expected. Highly recommend this business if you are looking to buy one of their products! Thank you again. Outstanding experience from the second I called to when I picked up the bike. I got a flat on i95 and was far from home in NJ. Called and they immediately told me to bring it by and they’d get me sorted. From the moment I walked in I was taken care of with kind and courteous help from every member of the staff. They had to order me a set of tires and had the bike back on the road a day later. Highly recommend, thanks again!
Dropped in to check out a MT-09SP they had in stock, ended up taking it home a few days later. Chris C was patient and informative with all of my questions. In the end very happy with the deal with my trade in and Manny made sure I understood all the features of this machine. Appreciate the easy transaction guys.
