Worst customer service ever. If you don't like dealing with clients, you're in the wrong industry. Edit: They are saying they never towed my car. That is correct, I had a couple of questions and ended up not getting the service because of how I was treated when calling. As per being fake, it's easier to say that, than to admit fault, so... This is literally the only bad review in my account, so it should tell you everything you should know
