Tom is a dishonest business man. Do not trust that he will keep his word. After my car was in an accident a towed to his place of business I contacted him to take my car out of storage once I believed the car would not be covered by any insurance and he told me not to worry about it. One month later I received the denial from my insurance company and upon contacting him once I learned it was denied he now feels I waited a month to long and would never hold the car for that long without any charges. Do not trust that he will have your best interest even if he says that he does. Almost 1 year later and here is my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe all fixed and ready to sell and make more money off of me! When I went to go sign my car over to my insurance and get my belongings, the owner (who was working behind the counter that day) taught me a few things about how the car insurance process works and helped me ensure that my car was appraised prior to releasing it.
