Standard Auto Care

This place is great. Took my car in with transmission issues and they were able to take care of it. The tech was able to walk me through the whole process and lay out the options in a very easy to understand way. Also they gave me a rose and some candy as a nice surprise when I picked up my car.

Found Standard Auto Care online and was nothing but pleased. My car had been stolen and I chose this Standard to do an electrical inspection, they were super nice and friendly and helped with everything I asked for. Miguel was very helpful and understanding of all of my requests, not once did they complain and they had my car for almost a month. Tom was also very sweet. The prices are fair and they are quick to respond. If you need any work done on your car, this is the place to go.

There isn't much of a driveway but park your car on the curb. The area is a little ruff but don't let that deter you. Great friendly knowledgeable staff. There were 3 of us ladies getting work done and we all felt safe. Great prices and in and out fairly fast! Would recommend.

I was in need of immediate service and Standard auto came thru. Jeff communicated every step of the way providing amazing customer service. No over selling, no surprises, high quality work performed going above and beyond to ensure my needs were addressed. Excellent all around experience.

Everyone at Standard Auto Care was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was road ready for a cross country trip. I am not from the Sacramento area, and brought my car here based on results from Google and availability, and in this I lucked out - the care and attention to detail I received here was the best I've ever had at a mechanic/auto repair shop. Their prices were fair, they made sure to inspect every bit of my car, explained their findings and their reccomendations (both immediate and in the future), but also didn't pressure me into any unnecessary work. If I was a local, I would use Standard Auto Care exclusively. I drove just under 1000 miles without any issues, and made it home safely. Thank you, Tom, Sue, and Hank.
