12/08/2025 @ Damn, I came here scared after reading most of the comments about this place, but guess what it looks like I got lucky. My appointment 13:00-15:00 and I checked in at 12:40 then 12:50 got a door and backed in after the driver who was still in it pulled out then exactly at 13:00 the movements in my trailer started nonstop until done loading me up at 13:35 .I’m giving 5⭐️ because it’s really bad due heavy SNOW. Thank you for making it quicker so didn’t have to wait longer as I expected it.

I've been here since 10am for my 1pm appointment. It is now 6pm and they're telling me my load is still not ready. Whats the point of appointments if you can't fulfill them? No respect for the drivers time, and detention is simply not enough....

DO NOT PICK UP FROM HERE !! Wish i could give this place 0 stars. My appointment was from 1-3pm. They gave me a door at 5:30pm and it’s 9pm right now as i am typing this and I’m still at the door waiting to get loaded. Spoke with another driver and he has been her for almost 2 days waiting to get loaded.

Not a good place. I checked in 1:45 pm they gave me a doc at 9:45pm after 8 hours of waiting. By 00:15 they finished loading. A total of 10:30 waisted! There reason was load wasn’t ready and they don’t know how long it’s gonna take unprofessional people I see a lot of people working in the warehouse but??? this is the outcome. In fact there was another driver with same problem like me ? I will never come back!!!!

I had a 1 pm appointment time and showed up at 12:45pm and was told my load was completed and its 3:45 right now and im still here..horrible shipper to come to so beware
