Stanford Quality Collision

Chris and the guys down at Stanford Quality Collision always do a great job when it comes to any vehicle service that I've had. I've ordered tires, gotten oil changes, had cars repaired when I hit deer, used their towing services, etc. and everything has been above the board. The prices are good, and they will work with you if something unexpected happens. It's good to always have one of those local shops to go to that actually cares about its customers instead of just being "money" to make.

I had my car towed in to Chris’s shop last year. I went by the shop and called repeatedly, but he and his mechanics did nothing but continue to give me the runaround. I was never told what was wrong with it; instead, I would always hear “the mechanic (or Chris) isn’t in, he’ll call you back”, and then never got a call back. I never got an official statement from anyone in the shop pertaining to exactly what was wrong with my vehicle or the exact cost I would be looking at. He also overcharges grievously; the price he quoted (like I said, I could never get an estimate. One of his mechanics gave my uncle a “guesstimate” for me, but when I went to the shop to verify, he said he “couldn’t remember, would look it up, and call me back”. I have had two of my vehicle serviced at the Stanford Quality Collision shop and I had great service got me in and out quick they did just what they said great service I will use them again. Thanks again Chris, you and your service team are awesome. Lindon Baker

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CHRIS STANFORD (QUALITY COLLISION) TO NO ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!! On 11/03/15 I was traveling to Augusta Ga, and had some mechanical problems with my 2003 Mercedes E500. Chris Stanford (Owner) towed my car to his facility and after about 8 days he ALLEDGELLY completed the repairs (replacing the serpentine belt, radiator, and pulley). After driving 2.5 hours to pick up my car, the coolant light was on, because Chris Stanford did not check the coolant level before releasing the vehicle. Two days after driving my car the top radiator hose came off, and I had to have the vehicle towed again. Chris Stanford and Crew acted as if they didn't know why the hose came off (NEGLIGENCE). Furthermore Chris Stanford charged me $175.00 to tow my car 1.8 miles. An EXCESSIVE Price consideri
