⭐ If I could give zero stars, I would. Overall, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership unless you’re a certified mechanic and know exactly what to look for. I worked with Edward and Matthew — both were cool people and tried to be helpful. However, transparency was lacking. The manager (the one in the single office on the left) was incredibly unprofessional. He walked right past me during my first visit, didn’t introduce himself, didn’t acknowledge me, and didn’t ask how things were going — just ignored me completely. Got me back on the road fast

Early in 2023, I made a custom order from Stanley Automotive Enterprises for a 2023 Ford F-150. Being a custom order made from out-of-state, I was impressed with how seamless the process was. Everyone I talked to from Stanley, from the time of the order to delivery, was helpful and knowledgeable. Originally, the order was expected to take up to one year, but it ended up being delivered within 6 months. There was no damage to the vehicle despite it being a cross-country trip. I’m impressed with the professionalism of Stanley Automotive Enterprises and would recommend them to anyone who is interested in a new vehicle purchase.

Do not recommend using this auto group. It took me years to recover money owed from a gap policy. When I deposited the check it was returned for “insufficient funds”. What they are doing is against the law & will be reported to the insurance commission. My son bought a new Ram from Stanley Auto in Brownfield and had a good experience. He recommended them to me, got may okay and then gave my contact info to the salesperson. I was contacted and made arrangements to look at a used truck. At the same time my son was working on upgrading to a larger truck through the dealership with the same sales person. I purchased my truck and the next day got a call from my son wanting to know if I had authorized use of my credit information on the purchase of his truck. I DID NOT authorize, when directly asked about this the general manager said to my daughter-in-law, that the salespersons were acting in their best interest. It seems to me that the sales staff was working in someones best interest, their own!. Save yourself some grief and bypass this deal
