Star Auto Parts

I purchased a 1998 part and was sent a 1999 part totally incompatible. My mechanic could not get around to installing the part . When he did, it was too late to return the wrong part. I am out $300 for them sending me the wrong part. There should have been no reason why they could not exchange the part for the correct one. I would not recommend this company to anyone restoring a vehicle.

I got some parts from them but I had to return them bcz my mechanic was able to install it … they gave me full refund,, I really appreciate their customer service ,, definitely I will visit them again

Will be coming back and telling EVERYONE about this amazing shop! I went to a different mechanic shop and they were trying to lie and scam me out of $2300. Someone recommended me to check out Star Auto Parts and I got quoted for way less and they let me know that I didn’t even need to get fixed everything the other mechanic shop said. I appreciate this honest business and the customer service was excellent!

This shop goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Not only they are knowledgeable, but every staff/technicians are very thorough and mostly HONEST. I have a vehicle that’s parts are ONLY found through the dealerships but the owner went out of his way, took the time to find the parts and installed and had the car ready within 2 days. I will highly recommend this place to everyone and now my family and friends only goes this shop.
