Star Auto Repair is by far the most amazing repair I have ever dealt with!! Ronnie is adamant about accessing the repair before quoting a price and will not commence the repair until the owner has been notified and agrees. When the work requires less than originally quoted, the savings are passed along to the customer. The honesty and integrity is truly remarkable and hard to find these days! Greatly appreciated Star Team!! You have been my go to since I bought my BMW 328i, and you will remain as such!

This is by far, in my experience, the most honest and respectful repair shop. I used to have a Range Rover, that they would not let me continue to pour money into now 7 years later. Im Bringing another vehicle to them. I am back by popular demand as a returning customer. I cannot wait to see them again.

I had a terrible experience with customer service at this shop. I called to inquire about fixing an electrical issue in my vehicle. The worker I spoke with told me to get a diagnostic from the dealer and then call back. Before I could ask any more questions, the worker hung up on me. The entire time, the worker seemed annoyed and impatient. This is completely unacceptable. To the owner, I kindly request that you retrain your employees and management on fundamental customer service skills. Inadequate customer service can severely damage a business’s reputation and lead to the loss of valuable business opportunities.

Star Auto is the best! Ronnie and his team are amazing; they’re honest, prompt, and competitively priced. It’s the only place I’ll bring my car- highly, highly recommend!

Sent back to STAR, by the dealer, since they originally serviced my vehicle before i considered purchasing it, for the engine not working properly. Got it back, and it was not working properly. 🤔 So i decided to ask another mechanic for a second opinion before purchasing it. In plain sight above the engine, a hose was completely loose (clamp not tightened). The vehicle has ran perfectly since that one clamp was tightened, and somehow missed twice by STAR. The best way to describe it all, it was SUSPECT. JMO🤷🏾‍♂️ I personally won't ever visit them for any type of work, myself.
