Would never ever go back or recommend this dealer. Cars are junk. All salvaged (totaled) vehicles. They do a lot of backyard mechanic work cut corners that will cost you thousands. 3500 for front shocks after I was told they were fixed. Vehicle topped out at 80 mph. Because of the back yard work. He will refuse to give you a carfax report n give you some other bullshit made up paperwork from a fake company. Worst part is when it’s time too trade your vehicle for a new vehicle, you’re screwed. Your trade in is worthless. Been to 3 dealers recently and they all said the same thing. Your trade value is nothing n this vehicle has been through hell. I bought a truck from Dave at star auto. He was friendly and transparent with the sale. He helped with the financing and made me feel really comfortable. A few weeks after I bought the truck there was a minor issue with one of the tires. I called Dave and he went above and beyond by securing me an appointment to replace tire at a location convenient to me. There was no charge to me for this service. I would highly recommend Dave at star auto.

Star auto offered me the ability to buy the car I want at a greatly reduced price. I researched the vin online and pulled up the image of the car before the owner (Dave) repaired it. I could see it was minor sheet metal damage and was still a very good deal even with a reconstructed title. I saved about $7K off retail and plan to keep the car a long time. Everyone complaining did not do their homework and want a car with perfect history for thousands under retail. There is no such thing as free people. But if you understand cars and want a late model car for thousands less than any dealer and plan to keep it till the end this is the place. Lots full of salvage and sneaky people. Purchased a vehicle years back and wasn’t disclosed that it was salvaged until paperwork was filled out and was ready to take the vehicle home. After a month or so the vehicle broke down two hours away from home and had to pay for a tow that wasn’t cheap. The issue ended up costing me over a thousand dollars to fix and get me by. Would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.
