OMG. From the time I walked into this location on Lucas in Beaumont, I felt welcomed. I was greeted with smiling faces. My car didn’t take long to be pulled in once I got there. Cody was a pleasure, personable, thorough, and had no problem explaining and showing me as he explained what was needed. He didn’t try to bombard me with everything else I knew I needed done, but offered an estimation if I wanted. Good guy. And Ms. Nora was amazing. We had a meaningful and much needed conversation while I waited for my vehicle that didn’t take too long to get done. I was recommended by discount tires shop to go here, and I thank God I did. I have been getting brakes done here for years. always right on price, quick service, and quality work.they told me they were doing more than just brakes, so when Needed a new starter in my f150-I gave them a shot when it came up. they completed that and a tune up same day. great service, great price- will be the only shop I use!
