Star-Brite Car Wash

I am disputing charges from star Brite car wash. I tried to use the vacuum. It was a card transaction but it did not work.. When i checked my card nothing was there so I thought it was just broken. 15 mins later there was a $10.00 authorization against my credit card. It was supposed to be for $1.00 to use the vacuum but it didn't even come on. There wasn't anyone on site to speak to. No one at the phone number and the listed website is down. Don't give them your credit card information.

After I had a disappointing experience at the car wash on South Main Street, I decided to try another location. Unfortunately, I was dtill frustrated, as the system did not adequately clean my vehicle. When I talked to the staff to express my concerns, I was not offered any resolution. The lack of customer service was very discouraging, and poorly demonstrated. Just say no to Star-brute carwash. They don’t get your car clean.

If I could give a lower review I would. I was harassed, belittled and completely disrespected. I had a meet with the owner while I, a paying customer, was using the trash cans. Apparently you can only throw away so much. As I am throwing away my trash a black truck is circling me like a vulture which is already unsettling and weird. It’s a Saturday are you not busy doing other things? Anyway. As I throwing away maybe my 4th grocery bag of trash I am approached by stranger stating he was owner. Saying that’s not what this is for..?? I’m sorry what what is for? The trash cans? They’re not for trash apparently?.. so he stalked me watched me throw away my trash for less than 5 minutes and decided it was too much at whatever point and it was important enough to come up and stop me. Will never

Brought in my 2024 Ford Marverick . As we were driving home noticed a weird rattle banging noise. Next day took it to a mechanic. He said the the skid plates were barely on. Most of the brackets were broken and four screws were not even there! When my husband called to discuss it with starbrite, the employee said "it was an accident, don't give me attitude!" Worst customer service ever! After going there and letting them know just how upset we were. They did agree to refund the cost of the oil change but didn't care about the additional cost to the mechanic to fix their screw up! This place is a joke. Don't go there!

$6 for the automatic car wash, and I cannot complain. My car was one of the dirtiest it's been in a minute and it was near sparkling when finished. A few spots, here and there, but by comparison... I went to one in Fredericktown and paid 3x as much and it didnt do half the job as this one. Pretty satisfied and would recommend.
