The customer service at this location is horrible! I arrived and gentleman, if that's what you want to call him, never looked at me in my face! He was condescending when he asked me to write the mileage down. It was too expensive! text me nearly 2 more dollars to use my credit card!!! It would take too long and he talked on the phone the whole time I was there and acted as if I was not standing there. I would not take my dog to this location and I advise never to go there!
I’ve been going to Duke for over ten years for just about any issue I have with my vehicle. I feel like Duke is someone who I can trust. I've always thought he's been honest with me about what needs to be fixed on my car.
Quick and sufficient
