As a busy mom who’s been taken advantage of at other shops, I am so happy I found Star City! John will give you the honest breakdown and explain to you all the necessary needs. I had an incredible experience with this auto body shop! They are true perfectionists, the attention to detail in their work is unreal. I honestly thought the damage to my car was unfixable, but they made it look like nothing ever happened. I had no idea where to go at first, but I’m so glad I trusted them. My dad always came to this shop long before John was the owner. My dad came when the shop was ran by John’s father. I have been bringing my cars here ever since I started driving at the age of 19. I am now 35. John’s father always took care of my dad and family & now John always takes care of me, my siblings, and cousins. Aside of great customer service and relationship building, their quality of work is superb. You can never tell that my car was in an accident. I always & will always recommend this shop to family and friends. If you’re ever in an accident big or small, you won’t regret choosing this shop. My photos don’t do much justice as this recent accident was minor but nonetheless my rear bumper looks good as new 🙂
