Star Express Car Wash - Everman

The car wash itself is actually pretty good…but on today 12/5, at 11 am..I encountered another rude worker. Literally had a bad attitude and smart mouth. Wouldn’t even let me finish talking, started my car wash instead of listening to me, To where I had to let my window up. Thank God, I’ve grown. They definitely need better hosts for their guests.

It's 9 o'clock in the car wash is not open. I believe it opened up at 7:00 AM. I don't know why they not open. I see the workers there. February 1, 2026 and it's my birthday and my car is dirty. Just wanted to get a car wash before I start my day.

Paid for the $15 premium car wash And car is not very clean and the tire dressing was never applied to the car so tires are dry looking and have none of the shine that I was supposed to get with the car wash. Also, the attendant refused to let me use the vacuums for five extra minutes while I was vacuuming out my car, very unprofessional and un courteous will not be coming here again.

Be careful going to this car cash one of the workers is highly aggressive and will damage your windshield while cleaning before the actual wash. He cracked my windshield in several places on the driver's side from how hard he hits it. White paint chips are stuck in the glass from the mop he uses. I went to the cash wash twice in 2 days and he it hard everytime. I tried speaking with management about it but they don't value their customers.

I purchased the $10 car wash plus ceramic $5 and it did a horrible wash, windshield left with water streaks and dots and different locations around the truck, do not recommend
