New to the area and don’t know much about cars. Toni took the time to take a look at my car on short notice, which I really appreciated. Although I didn’t get any service from Toni (due to other reasons), he was very honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you, Toni for your time today! I hope to work with you in the future.

I just went online to get Toni's contact information for a friend who just purchased a new to her used Mercedes. I noticed there are only 6 reviews here for Starr motors and I figured I would add to the list. Toni has serviced 3 of my Mercedes cars since 2005. I would and do recommend he and his shop to anyone owning a Mercedes. Toni is the type of person I would trust dropping the car off with and asking him to do what he thinks best knowing he does quality work at a fair price.

First of all, this wonderful shop is located in a cool area...this historical Arsenal district. So it was easy to get to, and a really nice place. Second, they diagnosed the issue in about 5 minutes (previous mechanic put the parts back on incorrectly after an oil change...ugh). The guys were so friendly and helpful. I will never take my Mercedes anywhere else to have service. This place is professional, clean, and I could tell immediately they are absolute experts...they know what they’re doing and will take care of your car in expert fashion. They even showed me the parts in my car and what was happening. At most professional dealerships, I feel like just a number. At this place, I felt like they treat you with respect. This is the place to get your European car serviced!

I have 3 Mercedes’. Toni has been caring for my cars for over 30 years. Wouldn’t trust my cars to anyone else......... except his new partner, Lucas. Between the 2 of them, there’s nothing they can’t handle. If you have a Mercedes or BMW, do yourself a favor. Give them a try.
