Lack of honesty Went for Smog check which failed due to check engine being ON. They knew the test was a failure even before they started. Check engine light is very clear so they must have seen it when They had to move the car inside before starting. They chose to continue the charade just for the payment and made me wait half an hour for a complete waste of time and money. I knew the check engine was due to the thermostat which has nothing to do with engine emissions, I didn't know it was enough to fail smog.

Took my daughter's car today to get a smog, called ahead and nobody answered. Drove there arriving at 5:10pm and 3 men were sitting in the office, I asked if I could get a smog test in which responded no, we're closed. I stated you're website says you're open until 6pm and the man replied we changed it to 5:30, I looked at my watch and then he said I mean 5pm. I shook my head and said okay thank you. Update your website people!

Visited this shop for a smog test, the kind woman was helpful and thorough. She gave me a discount card at one of the local restaurants while I waited for my car to be finished. Great service, great price.

This place is worthless as a smog shop, over charged for the service
