Star Superglass Windshield Replacement & Repair

Called and had two nasty chips in my windshield repaired in less than an hour!! Probably saved me from having to replace my windshield!! Very happy with service, would recommend and will be using again!

Windshield got cracked while driving down from Chicago, called the dealership in Mo and they recommended this place. It was out of my way and originally didn’t want to go there. Called other places and found the prices outrageous, so I decided to give Preston a call. From originally speaking with Preston to driving the 100 miles to this location, every touch of customer service was great. The team very grateful and welcoming of customers. Great service all around. Most places try to rip you off with what they charge for calibration but not this place. Quality work, great prefixes, but I will say the customer service was u touchable. We needed the windshield replaced on our 2016 Ford Escape. Preston originally quoted us a much higher price than the other places my husband called. However, he was the only shop that was able to get us in the next day, and he lowered his price to a competitive rate. It wasn’t the cheapest quote we found, but their work was efficient and superb. We had another appointment this morning, and he even got us in a little early so we could go on about our day. Highly recommend! Value involves so much more than price, and they hit all the marks: quality, convenience, and overall customer service.
