I stopped by at 8am today 2/27/2026, without an appointment for an oil change for my 23' Acura Integra and was in n out by 45 minutes. Super smooth and honest service. They even refilled my tire pressure without me saying a word. I didn’t get his name, but the guy with the glasses took great care of me — thank you, man. This is Ted, and I’ll definitely be returning here in the future.

Samir has been servicing my vehicles since 1989 all the way back to the beginning when there was only one stall. I don't care how far away I've moved I will always drive to get my service. I currently drive a 2004 BMW 5 and a 2017 Mini Cooper Clubman. Both cars were new when I purchased and have had no major repairs. My BMW is still going strong because of the care from Star Tech. My cooper is running smooth too. Service is outstanding and the pricing has always been reasonable. Star Tech will not disappoint. Be Aware!! We brought our Audi in for an evaluation due to oil problems but chose not to proceed with their recommendation. After returning home, I had a feeling to check under the hood — and I’m glad I did. The engine covers were not secured at all. Imagine if I had driven around like that. Extremely careless. Poor business practice. I called them to let them know. Instead of apologizing, a man over the phone said because we were rushing and was rude over the phone. I will not be returning.

This shop is certified to do anything on a Mercedes Benz. Nice and small waiting area. Friendly staff. Sam was detailed in explaining my cars diagnosis.
