Star tire shop

I had a really good experience at Star Tire. Everyone there was friendly and helpful, and they got me taken care of pretty quickly. Prices were fair and they were honest about what I actually needed, which I really appreciated. If you go, ask for Carlos — he’s awesome. He took the time to explain the options and made sure everything was done right before I left. It’s nice to find a shop that actually cares about their customers and doesn’t rush you out the door. Definitely coming back next time I need tires or service.

They were able to get me in last minute after I had to get towed here for a flat. The only tire they had available for my car was used so I had no choice. I don’t have any issues with the tire though! Quick and efficient

The guys did their job, but one out of two of my tires that they replaced made my light show and showed my tire pressure on that specific tire show as 0 (this was done on Saturday and it is now Monday) and basically didn’t want to replace the tire due to that one not having a tire sensor so my car can stop showing that it’s at 0.. We went back 2 times after they told us to just drive around for 30 minutes knowing that would not work because we knew that there was no tire sensor in that tire. They acted like they didn’t care either when my husband was explaining to them the problem and that it only happened AFTER they changed that specific tire and that the other tire didn’t have that problem.. My husband was nothing but respectful to them the whole time which was very disrespectful of them
