Jimmy the tow driver is great. Helpful. Professional. Alexis answering phones was nice, as well. . Absolutely everything else about dealing with the company has been miserable. It's kind-of like dealing with the government: they don't *have* to be helpful or professional or even "kind" or "friendly" because you have no choice. The only reason you are interacting with them is because you are having one of the worst days of your life. Jackknifed a UHaul trailer on I-75 because UHaul hooked it up incorrectly. In the flurry of getting pulled off a busy highway and dropped off in a safe area with a van full of tools (thanks, Jimmy) I forgot to grab pictures. Called the next day, 930 AM. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS/CON ARTISTS AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Someone pulled out Infront of me and totalled my truck, the tow bill for just going across Monroe was $400. Was given the option of giving them my truck but would still owe the whole bill with storage fees. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this CON ARTIST of a company to anyone for anything. Edit - turns out the tow was $200 but they charged me a no key/no start fee when I left the key and my vehicle still ran and drove. They watched me drive it onto my trailer when picked up from the lot. Secondly they changed me an abandonment fee even tho I was there when the tow truck showed up to pick up both vehicles.

Julie and Jimmy were extremely professional and efficient in handling my emergency situation. Their prompt response, clear communication, and excellent customer service made a stressful moment much easier to manage. Five stars to Star Towing for outstanding service.

Terrible company they will scam you left and right and add 20 different charges for tiny things. After all the fees 1 day impound from a crash adds up to $500+ keep playing people and yall will learn one day what people are capable of 😁

Awful. Just plain awful. They lost my car at first, repeatedly telling me they didn’t have it in their shop. Talk about your heart dropping!!!!! Then found out they put it in their system under the wrong vehicle model. They ALSO had the VIN put in incredibly wrong. Feels purposeful because no one can really be that stupid. Not friendly, not professional, not considerate, not intelligent. Never again. It spent TEN days there & now that they found my car I have to drive 40 mins away just to sign 1 form to have it towed to a repair shop. It’s 2025, e-mail to to me. Ridiculous. UPDATE: Their secretary LIED TO ME as well and said the “police report” was filed under a Chevy impala when in fact I am looking at the police report right now and it was filed correctly as a CRUZE with the CORRECT VIN.
