In the last 3 years I bought more than 8 cars at Starfire, Wonderful buying experience!! They know so much about cars. 6 starts!!! Their process is very different from the usual dealership model, and it's not for everyone, so keep that in mind before making your visit. The appointment and buying process was fast and smooth. All the times the car was already ready and detailed went on a test drive signed some papers that was it whole Process took less than a hour super easy process Thanks again

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable used car! I'm really impressed by how honest and transparent they were — no hidden fees, no surprises. I had an amazing experience at STARFIRE AUTO. DAVID, ABE AND KAY was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The vehicle was very clean, well-maintained, and came with full history reports. I'm definitely sending friends and family here. If you want quality cars and real people who care this is the dealership for you.

I was going to make an appointment to see a truck advertised by Starfire Auto today. After reading the reviews, I'll pass. I have to agree that some customers can be over the top difficult and expect way too much for what they are buying. No doubt. What I don't like are the owners condescending and down right rude responses. What ever happened to good old customer service. Find a way to make it right and make them happy. Fix a small problem, give them a credit next purchase. Needles to say, I won't be coming today for just this reason. This dealer will answer with another rude excuse, finger pointing bs response. . No problem. My suggestion, buy from a dealer without the degrading and insulting attitude. Many dealers offer a short return policy. They don't deserve your business.

I've owned nearly 30 cars, but never purchased out of state, so this was my first go. This dealership is VERY different from any other car buying experience I've ever had. Great communication, but never once spoke on the phone to anyone. All text/email...but it works. Read through the FAQ on their website, and you'll get a feel for how the dealership runs. It is very strange compared to a traditional dealership, but it's actually really efficient. Abe was prompt with responses and gave me a detailed overview of the car including pros and cons. He was nice enough to take the car to a local shop for a pre purchase inspection. The inspection noted things I had already been told about by Abe, so his honesty is appreciated! The price was fair, the car was as described, and everything went smoot

Overall, StarFire is a possible good choice if you're in the market for a used car. Their process is very different from the usual dealership model, and it's not for everyone, so keep that in mind before making your visit. The appointment and buying process was fast and smooth. My only reservations about my purchase was that the car had issues that weren't described in the listing, granted this Mercedes was sitting for over two years, so its understandable, but it would have been nice to have an updated description of the vehicle at least every so often. Bottom line, you should have a pre-inspection done, especially on European cars, which usually have more reliability issues. Other than that, my 2004 Mercedes-Benz S500 has been a pleasure to drive.
