We needed our car looked at because since being at the dealership with a previous repair, the car started making this sound anytime you went over a bump on the road so we took it here. I saw the great reviews and Ken was great with us. We were in and out with it being something loose. They fixed it and now it's great. Thank you guys for taking care of us. We will definitely be back for more services.

They got my vehicle in and thoroughly examined all components. I barely had a wait time. I was back on the road with an updated safety inspection. I’ll be back with my other vehicles. Great service, was able to get my inspection done during my lunch break!

I called to inquire about the process and what documentation was needed for a vehicle inspection. The lady ( sorry I don’t know her name) was very knowledgeable about the recent changes in requirements for Texas and was very pleasant when I called. I arrived send my car was taken in about 5 min later. The waiting area was cool and comfortable with a television and vending machine (chips, candy and soda 🥤 🤗). I was out in about 20 min total but I noticed another customer arrive after me for an oil change and her car was taken in quickly also and the service lady remember the customer by name which speaks volumes about how they value their customers. I will definitely be back for other auto service needs. 🛢️🚙 🛞

Ken and the STARS team have always done a great job and fast work each time I've visited. Whether inspections or regular/minor maintenance/repairs, their team has always been great to work with and have fair pricing. Great communication as well. I definitely plan to continue to leverage their services.
