I initially brought my car to Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast on Nov 17, 2025 for service and a check engine light. I have a GLE 450. They kept my car 2–3 weeks and charged $4,500. Two days after pickup, the check engine light returned. I brought it back. They kept it another two weeks and charged $3,600, stating two fuel injectors needed replacement. By that same week, the check engine light came back again and the car was idling loudly. I then took my car to StarTech Mercedes, where Joseph immediately showed professionalism and concern. They diagnosed the issue thoroughly, kept my car only two days, and confirmed the fuel injectors were not the root issue—and that I had been charged for two injectors when only one had been replaced. The MB dealership service department told me that I urgently needed $850+ worth of work on my vehicle. My husband suggested I get a 2nd opinion. I was excited to find Startech an MB specialist shop near my home, with such magnificent reviews. I had to give them a try. Turns out that Startech checked out my vehicle and it is NOT something that needs immediate attention. The gentleman took the time to explain how the mechanism works and why there was no need to address it at this time. I left feeling much more at ease. I think I'll be having my MB's next service done here instead.

I recently visited this shop to diagnose my GLE’s brake warning issue. They clearly explained what the problem might be and provided an estimate that was more affordable than other shops. They used all OEM parts and completed the work quickly. I will definitely bring my Mercedes back here again.
