State Farm: Ed Hart

Ed and his team are incredibly responsive to all types of requests! We tried other insurance companies but none of them provided the level of service like Ed’s team. My children are also satisfied customers & we recommend him to others frequently!

I’ve been with Ed Hart and his State Farm team for many years, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. Ed has helped me with both my small business and personal policies, and he’s always gone above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. He takes the time to explain things clearly, offers great advice, and genuinely cares about his clients. I really appreciate his professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness, it’s rare to find that level of service these days. Highly recommend!

Ed Harts office is the best insurance I have gotten so far. When I need any help with my policy, claims, or roadside assistance I know I can rely on Ed and his team to have my back when I need it most. Other agents quoted me at $60-$80 more than I was paying and when I called Ed's team they cut out the nonsense and got me the same coverage I had, at a price that at the time I really needed. They will have a customer in me for life.

I've been a client for this State Farm branch for close to 10 years, if not more, and half of those years i've been living abroad for work and family responsibilities. They have been so understanding with my payment delays in the past when times were tough and super responsive online or via Email. I feel the warmth from Ed Hart and his team even though I haven't seen them for a very very long time. Customer service and satisfaction is definitely A+ for me. I recommend checking them out if you're in the market on getting insured for auto and/or Life cover. I did and it's been great for me. Cheers

I needed to get a renters insurance policy as I sell my home, and I was fortunate enough to work with Heather Sparklin, a part of Ed Hart's State Farm team in Exton. She was knowledgeable, responsive, consultative, pleasant and customer focused. An absolute pleasure to work with! And I'd also like to recognize Ed Hart. He has been amazing to work with over my years with him/State Farm. I feel so fortunate to have worked with Heather, Ed, and their entire team, and can't imagine any other insurance company/team I'd rather work with! All in all, they are simply amazing.
