Incompetent and lazy, pay zero attention to existing policy holders. Insurance should be easy with an agent (who is supposed to be representing you), but these guys just sell and swindle. Will be reporting to the Dept of Commerce, as well as the Better Business Bureau. They extended an annual policy (expired in April) I had purchased last year without my approval (which I no longer needed), agent did not contact me to see if I wanted to renew and when I contacted them to resolve the issue (of them extending coverage I did not want, need, or consent to), their response was "It's not our job to babysit you". Completely unprofessional.

The agents at this auto insurance agency are incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to explain all the details of my policy, helping me make informed decisions about my coverage. Well done!!
