I first had my Ford F150 truck air conditioning completely replaced by State Street auto in the fall of 2025 afterwards there were still some noises each time I brought it back. They tried to fix it diligently and it worked for a little while then, ant the end of February beginning of March right now they were able to solve the problem by replacing both belts with OEM belts . John, my service manager was excellent, always worked with me and was cheery professional and an all-around good guy to work with! Zion and Dan the mechanics also are straight up guys.. I’mvery happy with the follow up work they did to solve the problem and were very fair with me, including not charging me for the last service as the first belt they put in was defective. Inspections are comprehensive and give a good overview of my vehicle’s health. My primary concern was dealt with in a timely manner and I’m more comfortable driving my 17 year old car.
