I took my car to State to State Transmissions and worked with Bill. Even though they weren’t able to fix my car this time, they were incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and upfront about what was going on. Bill clearly explained all my options and made sure I understood what was best for my situation. I truly appreciated their transparency and professionalism.

When I arrived I talked to Bill and in ten minutes I knew my car was in good hands. He had it for a couple of days, found the faulty part locally and replaced the drive gear selector sensor. It checked out perfect and solved the dash indicators. Bill also discussed with me other sensors that might cause trouble and the stepped up transmission maintenance I should perform. I was very happy with his service.

I had to get my transmission rebuilt from them. Bill is a real stand up guy and clearly takes pride in his shops work!

We took my daughter's Toyota 4Runner to the dealership to see what was going on. Dealership said she would need a new transmission and transfer case. The quoted price was way more than she could afford and another company said to take it to State to State Transmissions. State to State took the time to look over her transmission, transmission fluid, drove the vehicle, listened, and gave their honest diagnosis. Come to find out she did not need a new transmission or transfer case. I am so thankful for their honesty and customer service. My daughter is thankful for the savings.
