State Transmission Specialist Inc.and general repar

Had my car towed there because I saw the place had good reviews. There was horrible communication with getting back to me. Took more than a day before they told me I needed my engine changed. I was quoted about $3000. I told the person I was not going to get the work done as it was a lot and asked for the diagnostics cost so we can pay him at pick up. I told him I would have the tow truck pick it up the following day. My husband got there to pay the mechanic a few minutes after the tow truck arrived at the shop the following day in the afternoon. He didn't have a chance to check anything. I got home and wanted to make sure everything was good as my husband mentioned seeing screws by the windshield. I opened my hood and the mechanic had not closed my engine back up or put the spark plugs ba

My travel van broke down just outside Palm Springs and the Good Sam Club's roadside service had me towed to State transmission Specialists over a half-hour away. I'm so glad they did. The technicians & office people took care of me right away, and at a reasonble price. Thank you State Transmission! Highly recommended.

The worst shop I've ever been too it's was CarMax choice for there warranty on my car for transmission last year which failed again a couple of weeks ago got to play phone with the warranty people and this shop each with there own story about what was going on. The pic on the maps is a lie too because the shop is a pigsty

I took my Nissan juke to Carlos at the shop. He was very friendly when I got there and worked on my car that same day. It is a very honest mechanic shop and is the best mechanic shop I've ever gone to. Most mechanics like to rip you off and are dishonest. It's very difficult to find a good mechanic but I hit the jackpot with this one. He is very honest and good at what he does. He knows what he is doing and he cares a lot about the customer and has very reasonable prices. Aside from the amazing customer service, he fixed my radiator and my air compressor and my car runs excellent. I will never go to another mechanic again. Ten out of ten reccomend!!!
