Statesville Transmission Service

My husband took his truck here for transmission work. They told him after 2 weeks of sitting there, it's gonna cost $2900 to rebuild. Come to find out there was nothing wrong with his transmission. Turned out there was a big hole in the transfer case. Now my son took his vehicle there and they told him 4k to rebuild the transmission in his mini van when the issue is actually a bad torque converter solenoid. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Help me diagnose a problem that was not a transmission problem these guys doing are very good at what they do

Excellent customer service from the front staff to the mechanics. Very knowledgeable And get your vehicle done in a very timely manner. I couldn’t be more satisfied with all my experiences with this business.

Tabitha is very unprofessional and does not seem to show any interest in helping people or giving out accurate information. The customer service is poor. They don’t know how to talk to people respectfully. Very unorganized and very disrespectful. Would not recommend. Recently had multiple people tell me the same experiences.

I'm giving Richard of Statesville Transmission five Stars for honesty, after checking out a noise that I have been hearing for three months and being told it was a transmission issue from other shops Richard told me he didn't think it was a transmission problem. After I got my vehicle back I took it to another shop that found a screw driver that had been left next to a brake line when I had a ABS module replaced at a different shop. Thanks Richard.
