I have used this insurance spot before and I remember the guy very well . He is rude and condescending. I believe he is the owner . I just called for a quote and he hung on me because I told him he was talking over me and we were off to a bad start. How he has remained in business so long is confusing to me with such poor customer service !!!!! I already know my zip code is bad for insurance rates however I am already well versed because I have done my research . Please don’t waste your time using them if you want professional services and a great customer service experience. If you want cheap rates and sass feel free to call them !

I was in here once for business and will never go back again he was indeed the rudest person I have ever met. He chastised Me because I did NOT want to leave my purse and cell phone sitting on his counter. Only a stupid idiot in this city wool let their personal belongins set on someone's counter he actually yelled at me for it. And he did this in front of other customs. The idiot actually picked a fight with me because I didn't WANT to put my belongings on his counter. He's just as ride as the previous review when you are in there for business. He needs Ann attitude adjustment. You don't rule or own the world's dude and it doesn't revolve around YOU and your not good. GET OVER IT You don't own your customers and they're not in there to be told where to set there personal belongings dow

Incident Time and Date: 2/8/13 at 1:20pm After calling this agency with only 2 questions concerning vehicle registration, I have never dealt with such an unprofessional person. His words were, "Why are you asking me so many questions?", "Just come in and ask them!", which was then followed by him disconnecting the phone call. I am writing this to inform the public about the ignorance and impatience that I had to go through for a simple 3 minute call. In conclusion, if that's the type of professionalism you are looking for within an agency, contact them! (SARCASM)

He is the most rude miserable customer service person I have ever came across I came in to get help and got yelled at instead of helping me
